Grind Lab Performance Fitness estimated lead times (Fulfillment + Transit) is the following:

We take 2 days for processing and regular shipping times is standard for shipping carriers and is out of our hands.
- USPS Domestic (US): 5-9 business days approx.
- UPS Domestic (US): 5-7 business days approx.
- GlobalPost (International): 12-16 business days approx.
- DHL Express (International): 5-6 business days approx.
